IndiaTradeFair stores the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number in a secure and encrypted manner. The first 6 digits (also known as the Bank Identification Number) are used to identify the bank name and country where your card was issued. The first 6 and last 4 digits are together used for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

Can I contact the craftsman directly to check where my package is?
It is not possible to contact the craftsman directly. Contact the ITF Live Customer Care directly at email@example.com .
Does the courier notify me before delivering the package?
A delivery notice call is not guaranteed. For this reason, we advise you to periodically check the progress of the shipment.
I received the email with the tracking but it is not yet sent. How come?
The shipping information will update as soon as the courier picks up the package. It takes about 24 hours of work.
Why are the shipping costs so high?
Shipping costs are as per international standards and not high at all. The products will be shipped directly from the craftsman’s workshop and each will have its own shipping cost. It is possible to make a simulation of the shipping costs directly during the check-out phase, indicating the delivery address. The package is delivered but I have not received anything

I was not at home when the order was delivered. What can I do?
We recommend that you always check the progress of the shipment via the link received via email. Two delivery attempts will be made then the package will be kept at the nearest shipping company warehouse. It can be collected within 10 working days at the address indicated.
What are the delivery times for my order?
Delivery times are approximately 6-10 working days, except for those products in which an additional processing time is indicated. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive via email the tracking number link useful for monitoring the delivery.
