Returns/Refund is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below:

Part 2 – Returns and Processing
In case of returns, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
We will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions is not met.
For Buyers in European Union
You are entitled to receive from us a refund for the price paid for the products, including the costs of shipping the products to you.
However, if when placing the order you chose a method of shipping more expensive/fast than the cheapest/standard offered by the seller, the seller or India Trade Fair is not required to reimburse any relevant supplementary costs.
Buyer must bear the cost of returning the purchased products to the seller, unless this cost was not raised before you placed the order or if the seller has offered to bear such cost.
This right of cancellation does not apply to:
The supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the seller and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
The supply of goods made to the buyer’s specifications or otherwise clearly personalized;
The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
The supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market, which cannot be controlled by the seller;
The supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
The supply of a newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
The provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, the transport of goods, car rental services, catering or other services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;
The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the buyer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return:
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
For Furniture, full replacement will be provided only in cases where replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):
‘In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.’
